Your chance of meeting a person sharing your Sun is 1 in 12.
Your Sun and Moon? 1 in 144. It might happen! But how about the Sun, Moon and Ascendant twin ?
Your chances of bumping into them is 12 cubed, or 1 in 1,728.
In these terms, you are about 0.06 % of people. You would need some kind of searchable database of every single person out there.
This year I discovered that the site Astrotheme has a huge database of thousands of recorded celebrities, living and not. You actually can type in aspects and positions (limit 3) into the search option, and-- yes-- you can actually see if anybody comes up for that criteria.
Mine turned out to be Nietzche. Look up yourself for fun.
Remember, this person will share your house positions, so the pinpointed Sun and Moon will fall in them accordingly.
...Of course this leads us to the next step,
which is naturally,
Who are these preciously rare triple sign Sun/moon/asc people?
Your chances of being a triple sign in this case is 1 in 144. (0.7 % of people)
I included additional planets in the sign, and house positions of luminaries.
Lucy Lawless 3 luminaries ☌
Ho Chi Minh ☉☌ ☽
Queen Victoria ** 3 luminaries ☌
Jack Dempsey * Stellium including ☿ ♃
Max Heindel *
Lyndon Johnson ♂ ☿
Walter Koch ** ♀
Kate Winslett : Stellium including ♇ in 12th
Rimbaud * ♀ chart ruler in 12th
Katy Perry * : Stellium including ♄ ☿ in 1st, & ♇ ☌ ☉ in 12th
Bjork * : ♆
Georgia O'Keeffe : Stellium including ♀ ♃
.... See for yourself. -- I didn't find anyone particularly famous on the database. The true Sagittarius probably does not keep track of things like birth time.
Zooey Deschannel * : Stellium including ☿ , all in ☌
James Earl Jones ** Stellium including ☿ ♄ , chart ruler in 1st
Gene Hackman **
Rio de Janeiro
(Yes, the city is 3x Pisces) Stellium including ♇ ☿ , ☉☌AC
* Sun in 12th: reclusive old souls
* Moon in 12th : highly potent imagination
I believe that a in the case of these triples, a person with Sun and Moon in 1st, rather than 12th would be the better/extroverted example of the 'pure' personas, but that is up to you.
I will probably go on to write more about these triple signs. I find this information fascinating.
Of course Xena warrior princess is triple Aries. Of course Rio de Janeiro is triple Pisces.
What did I learn today?
New Girl star Zooey Deschannel shares a special something with James Earl Jones, the voice of Darth Vader.
Also what struck me was how Scorpio breeds powerful raven haired woman artists. (Bjork, Georgia O'keefe, Katy Perry)
All 3 of these women made a name for themselves with their passion, their offbeat creepiness, eroticism and outworldishness. They blazed their own trailed in female-ness and sex in their own epoch. In their context, they were not run-of-the mill sex symbols or feminist icons, with a fantastic sense of color.

I thought it would be fun to see what the lunar nodes have to say about you. Powerdressing.
I do believe in the power of appearances bringing us the good energy, and astrology, does goes there. Every sign has imagery, colors and ideas associates with it, and surrounding yourself with these concepts, you can physically embody your North Node's vibration, or Karmic goal.
I am doing a series on how your lunar nodes tell you to what (not) to wear, in no particular order. Here is entry 1 of 12, Leo South Node becoming Aquarius North Node.
what signs are Your Lunar Nodes ?
Learn to look it up : Let's Read the Ephemeris, educational entry coming soon.
The Aquarius North Node is a good lesson to pretty much everyone, it would seem, right?
"Support the environment, be a good thoughtful human!
Aquarius is actually a great example, as the sign of human enlightenment-- evolution from animal to problem solving and compassionate human.
The point here, is that a Leo South Node person especially needs to hear this. They get distacted.
In being Leo, Leo South node backfires.
Oddly Leo's desire for fame and recognition will be met when they follow Aquarian motifs.
Fun fact: this node axis is considered the easy one.
Egomaniacal shadow Leo is easy to identify, Aquarius is easy to celebrate. Lucky you!
Astrology is a great self-help tool with instructions-- The best example, in my opinion, is our North and South Nodes.
This part of astrology states loud and clear that you have the ability to change, and the choice to make your own destiny. Contrary to stereotypes. It would be most unwise to follow astrology if it told you we could never change.
We all have in our charts, a South and North Node.:
The South Node represents what we are naturally attracted to, and are pretty good at doing, but backfires and sabotages us.
The North Node is what we should strive towards for karmic growth and becoming our better selves, or who we are here on Earth to be in this life. It is often the last thing we think of doing when held up next to our South Node proclivities, which at the most extreme are bad habits disguised as talents.
(( Wait, where is my North and South Node??
Educational entry coming soon: "Learn to look it up! Reading the Ephemeris"
The more you know. ))
Initially in your life path, your South Node is what is Intuitive, your North Node is Counter-Intuitive. These intuitions are fated to switch, (hopefully) once you "get it".
For example, we are constantly told "Be Yourself".
But it backfires... for some reason. (!?) We all know, deep down, our "self" needs a bit of work. It isn't ready to just whip out anywhere.
But what is that work?
and how do we do it?
Even the most free-flowing, informal, intuitive souls are in some way drafted, curated and edited, in order to be just that (and continue to do so !!). We are the result of our own decision-making, and that is the definition of karma. The Nodes preach this decision-making from start to finish;
The "self", (contrary to popular imagination) is in fact, in constant flux; the self is non-static.
According to the Nodes, the "self" can change-- change for the better and grow, as well as slip backwards and regress. The magnetic polarities generate for us a path that is like "Snakes and Ladders" : lifelong instructions on how to reprogram, spiritually, and become who you were meant to be. If we listen to the logic of the North Node, we will get our mantras.
For these reasons, I consider the Node path pretty important, and will probably be writing a lot about them here.
They are about self-betterment.
ASTRO-BABBLE" for the Astrologers/ : The Lunar Nodes:
(skip the pink italics if you aren't here for the pseudo-science)
The lunar nodes (aka "Rahu" and "Ketu" in Vedic Astrology) are 2 calculated points in the sky indicating a directional path in the heavens. They are the 2 points at which the moon's orbit intercepts the ecliptic belt, and are in constant motion around Earth.
These 2 polarities dictate the direction of a large current of celestial energy as it enters and leaves Earth. In reincarnation, it is said that souls cycling back to Earth enter via the South Node, and cycle off exiting Earth via the North Node. They are in this way a "highway" for reincarnating souls.
The nodes, like ASC and MC, are mathematical points, not planets. I think of them as an energetic/magnetic North and South pole of the sky.
If you are more curious about the math, reincarnation, and Vedic history (which gives a reincarnation flavor), remember how Google is your friend, and there is a lot of literature out there on these topics!
In brief, the South Node sits in a "beginning sign", (where we come from past lives, what we are born into)
and the North Node, in a "becoming sign", (who we are becoming in this life).
They sit 180° apart on the wheel, and, as represented above, have horse-shoe shape glyphs. (North Node on left, South Node on right)
The Node path is directional;
There is an Aries South Node evolving to Libra North Node soul,
just as well as well as the reverse: Libra South Node evolving to Aries North Node soul--
The lesson here being that some people have opposite set of karmic instructions as others. We are becoming and unbecoming each other.
So, we have in total, 12 different Nodal paths possible, sign-wise.
Same goes for the houses; You can have a 1st becoming 7th, 11th becoming 5th, and so on...
HOW DO THEY "FEEL" ?
The North Node actions will feel very counter-intuitive, but yield the best for us karmically. Falling back on South Node feels good, but if our path of becoming were portrayed as a clear minded, healthy being, South Node is reaching for a gallon ice cream and the remote control. Alone. For the umpteenth night in a row.... !!
North Node is getting off your butt and taking care of yourself.
It becomes fun and intuitive after we are done seeing North Node actions as "grunt work"
and seek the empowering the reward of soul growth.
In Layman's terms,
The South Node pull feels like this:
You are kid who needs to try new foods, or else revert to a childhood palette, or eating only ice cream and pizza out of the freezer for the rest of life.
South Node actions feel melt-in-your-mouth delicious, but without changing paths, are ultimately unhealthy actions with real life consequences.
North Node, in this case is growing into an adult, who can hopefully make a healthy home cooked meal by themselves. Karmically speaking that is.
